You can add coloring to this by adding chip pieces of red bell pepper or pimento into each layer. Ingredients:
1 medium size head lettuce, washed and drained |
1 can (large size) peas, washed and drained |
1 large can parmesan cheese |
1 large size can pearl onions, washed and drained |
Directions:
1. Break lettuce in pieces and layer, add peas and onions and cover with parmesan cheese. 2. Do this in layers and top with Roquefort dressing. 3. For coloring, chip pieces of red bell pepper or pimento into each layer. |
