Good Diet Salad Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, shredded |
1/2 cup capsicum |
1/2 cup tomato, deseed slicedthin |
1/2 cup onion, sliced |
salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed |
1 teaspoon artificial artificial sweetener |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. mix all the vegetables and refrigerate to chill. 2. mix salt, pepper, garlic, artificial sweetner and vinegar. 3. before serving mix the vegetables and the above mixture and serve cold. |
