Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced zucchini |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
1 tablespoon italian dressing |
2 tablespoons store-bought hummus |
1 whole-wheat tortilla |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the zucchini, carrot, and dressing. Spoon the hummus into the tortilla. Top with the vegetable mixture and roll to form a wrap. |
