16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
10 ounces frozen green peas, thawed |
10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn, thawed |
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup instant rice |
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (for no salt) or 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix (for no salt) |
Directions:
1. Place all vegetables in large, sprayed crockpot. 2. In saucepan, combine soup, rice, cheese, milk, butter, seasoned salt and 1 c water. Heat just enough enough to mix and pour over vegetables. 3. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. 4. Stir before serving. |
