I haven't tried this yet but you probably could add more spices or something. Ingredients:
3 cups leftover cooked rice |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 cup carrot, cooked and diced |
1/2 cup broccoli, cooked and diced |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix rice, veggies, spices and bread crumbs together. 2. Form into patties. 3. Bake at 325 until lightly browned on both sides. |
