This is another recipe clipping that Mom collected. I am sure there is one here on Zaar, but I just want to put it here for safe keeping. These are all cut out of magazines and I have no idea which magazine or paper they came from. Some are even newspaper clippings. Ingredients:
2 cups carrots, sliced |
2 cups cucumbers, sliced |
8 ounces italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in a small amount of water until crisp-tender. 2. Drain. 3. Combine carrots and cucumbers and pour dressing. 4. Mix well. 5. Cover. 6. Marinade in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. 7. Drain before serving. |
