Vegetable Pancake With Yogurt |

Very light , healthy as they require very little oil and has curd and so many vegetables . Can even use shredded cabbage , grated beetroot or chopped mushrooms . If can't hold the spicy sauce , just serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney . Ingredients:
pancake |
1 c semolina |
1 tsp cumon seed |
1/2 tsp baking pwd |
pinch of salt |
1 c curd ( yogurt ) |
finely grated |
1/2 c potato |
1/2 c carrot |
1/2 c pumpkin |
1 onion |
6 garlic cloves |
chopped |
1/4 c corriander leaves |
3 green chillies |
sauce |
1 c thick yogurt |
2 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup |
2 tsp chilli sauce |
1 tbsp corriander leaves , thinly chopped |
1 tbsp mint leaves , thinly chopped |
1 green chilli , thinly sliced |
pinch of salt . |
Directions:
1. For the spicy sauce , Mix everything and chill it until served . 2. For the pancake , mix everything well . 3. Make small pancakes by shallow frying . 4. Fry on both sides until golden brown . 5. serve hot with the sauce . |
