Basic recipe for my lunch. Filling and nutritional.
Ingredients:
0.17 pound whole wheat pasta
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 cup collard greens
1 medium potato
2 cups water
1 t vinegar
1/16 teaspoon hot pepper
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for about 45 minutes.
2. Season to taste
