Basic recipe for my lunch. Filling and nutritional. Ingredients:
0.17 pound whole wheat pasta |
1 medium onion |
1 medium carrot |
1 cup collard greens |
1 medium potato |
2 cups water |
1 t vinegar |
1/16 teaspoon hot pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low for about 45 minutes. 2. Season to taste |
