Vegetable Marinade with Tangy Dressing |

Ingredients:
2/3 cup vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cut green beans, drained |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, sliced or diced,drained |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup celery, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil until dissolved; set aside to cool Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over mixture and refrigerate. |
