Vegetable Marinade with Tangy Dressing

Ingredients:
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos, sliced or diced,drained
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat together vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and oil until dissolved; set aside to cool Place vegetables in large container and pour dressing over mixture and refrigerate.
