Last week I tried this and now I'm a huge fan of it . Ingredients:
2 c carrot plus potatoes - cubed |
2 c cauliflower florets |
2 c french beans - sliced |
1 c peas |
1 c big onions , sliced |
1 tsp mustard seed |
1 bayleaf |
5 g. chilli , sliced |
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste |
2tsp corriander powder |
2tsp chilli powder |
1/2 tsp tumeric powder |
1/2 tsp garam masala powder |
1/4 c milk |
salt |
make paste - handful of nuts , 1/4 tsp fennel seed , 4 g.chilli ) |

Directions:
1. Splutter the mustard seed , bay leaf , g.chilli , gin-gar paste . 2. Add all the powders and fry few minutes . 3. Put the vegetable , water and the milk . 4. Check the salt . 5. When the vegetable is almost done , add the paste . 6. Boil until fully cooked . 7. Add curryleaves when you remove from fire . 8. Serve hot with roti . |
