Easy mix of vegetables. Ingredients:
6 cups cabbage, shredded |
1 red pepper |
1 green pepper |
2 stalks celery |
1 onion |
3 carrots |
2 small zucchini |
1 tomato |
salt and pepper |
1 clove garlic |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Chop or slice or shred all vegetables. 2. Add Seasoning. 3. Put into a deep Fry pan with Butter on top. 4. Cover and cook over medium heat. 5. Turn veggies as they cook and soften, about 15 Minutes. 6. Stir often. |
