Easy mix of vegetables.
Ingredients:
6 cups cabbage, shredded
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 onion
3 carrots
2 small zucchini
1 tomato
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Chop or slice or shred all vegetables.
2. Add Seasoning.
3. Put into a deep Fry pan with Butter on top.
4. Cover and cook over medium heat.
5. Turn veggies as they cook and soften, about 15 Minutes.
6. Stir often.
