This is a great dip to use for holidays. For those who are into lo carb, this is also great! I calculate approximately 10-12 carbs per cup. Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese |
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip) |
3-4 tbsp lemon juice |
10-12 dashes tabasco sauce |
2 bunches green onions |
1-2 tsp salt |
1-2 tsp pepper |
1 1/2 cup salad shrimp |
Directions:
1. In a mixer, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. 2. When combined, add lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. 3. Add Salt and Pepper. 4. Finely chop the green onions and then add to the mixture. 5. Wash and Drain the shrimp. Soak up excess water on a paper towel to avoid too much moisture in the dip. Add the shrimp to the mixture. 6. Chill for at least 3 hours before use. Keep refrigerated. |
