A wondeful dip for fresh vegetables. Great for Parties and Potlucks. Ingredients:
1 cup miracle whip dressing or mayo |
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream |
1 tbsp. dill weed |
1 tbsp. dried minced onion |
1 tbsp. parsley flakes |
Directions:
1. MIX all ingredients; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. 2. SERVE with assorted crackers or vegetable dippers. 3. NOTE: Dip can be made a day in advance. Most vegetables can be cut up a day in advance as well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 4. How to Make Carrot Sticks Cut peeled, whole carrots in half lengthwise. Cut each piece in half lengthwise again. Then cut in half crosswise or use baby carrots. |
