Simple vegetable dish.You can use vegetables of your choice. Ingredients:
1/2 cup spring onion,sliced |
1/2 cup cabbage,finely sliced |
1/2 cup carrot,grated |
1/2 cup green peas |
1 to 2 green chillies,chopped |
salt n pepper to taste |
1 tsp cumin seeds |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp chilli sauce |
1 tbsp oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan ,splutter cumin seeds. 2. Add onion,cabbage,carrot and peas. 3. Add salt n pepper,green chillies,soy sauce and chilli sauce. 4. Cook on a medium flame until soft but crispy. 5. Serve with boiled rice/bread. |
