Vegetable Curry Ingredients:
3 carrots |
3 stalks celery |
1 medium onion |
1 bell pepper |
10 ounce frozen spinach |
6 cloves garlic |
3 tbs olive oil |
15 ounce diced tomatos |
30 ounce chickpeas |
4 tbs curry powder |
Directions:
1. Saute all the raw vegetables in olive oil until soft. 2. Add the spinach, tomatos, drained chickpeas, and curry powder. 3. Simmer for 20 minutes. |
