This is a nice couscous recipe and a great side for any grilled meat. Enjoy Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup chicken broth |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 cup couscous |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 cup canned garbanzo beans drained |
2 small zucchini thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil then add butter, couscous, salt, pepper, beans and zucchini. 2. Stir then cover and remove from heat allow to stand 5 minutes. 3. Stir with a fork to fluff up before serving. |
