Simple chili recipe. It's best to let the chili set for about an hour after cooking. Ingredients:
1/2 onion |
tsp of cumin grounded |
3 garlic cloves |
2 bell peppers |
2 jalepeno |
3 tomatoes |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp chili powder |
1 chili pepper |
15 oz chick peas |
15 oz pinto beans |
Directions:
1. Sauté in olive oil: 1/2 onion & Tsp of cumin grounded 2. Add & cook until tender: 3 garlic cloves, 2 bell peppers, and 2 jalepeno peppers 3. Add & simmer: 3 tomatoes 4. Add: 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1 chili pepper 5. Add beans or meats: 15 oz chick peas and 15 oz pinto beans |
