Ingredients:
1/2 cup seeded, diced tomato
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried savory
1 (12-ounce) container 1% low-fat cottage cheese
