The different vegeyables and cheese in this soup gives it a wonderful falvor Ingredients:
7 cups water |
7 chicken or beef bouillon cubes(or use some of both) |
16oz frozen broccoli cuts |
16oz frozen mixed vegetables |
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1 lg onion,chopped |
2 cans cream of chicken soup |
2 cups milk |
1 cup instant mashed potatoes |
1 lb sharp cheese |
pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan,mix water,boullion,broccoli,mixed vegetables,hash browns,and onion;simmer for 30 minutes.Add soup,milk,instant potatoes,cheese and pepper.Serve immediately or freeze for future use. |
