makes a good bed for grilled chicken breast Ingredients:
2 cups baby carrots |
2cups cauliflower florets |
2cups broccoli florets |
1 can cream celery soup |
1/3 cup sour cream |
1 large tbls. real mayonaise |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella |
3/4 cup shredded sharpe white chedder ( save 1/2 for topping) |
1 can french's onions( save 1/2) |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. heat oven 350. 2. steam carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli until crispy - tender 3. in mixing bowl combine soup, sour cream, mayo, 1/2 chedder,1/2 onions, and steamed vegetables. pour into 2 qt. casserole dish. spread remaining chedder, onions, and mozzerella. bake until golden brown. serve |
