Horseradish awakens the root flavor of veggies. Ingredients:
3 c cauliflowerets |
3 c sliced carrots |
3 c broccoli froerts |
1 c mayonnaise |
1/4 c chopped onions |
3 t prepared horseradish |
salt & pepper to taaste |
1/3 c italian seasoned bread crumbs |
2t butter,. melted |
1/8 tsp papricka |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepanm place carrots & cauliflower in a small amount of water. 2. Cover & cook on meduim 3 minutes. 3. Add broccoli and continut to cook another 4-63 minutes until veggies are crisp cooked. 4. Drain. 5. Mix together mayonnaise, onion, horseradish & salt and pepper. 6. Add vegetables and toss well. 7. place in a sprayed 2 qt. baking dish. 8. Combine breadbrumbs, butter & papricka and sprinkle over veggies. 9. Bake, uncovered, 350 degrees 25-30 minutes or until throughly heated. |
