A casserole with Broccoli & Cauliflower. Green Beans can be added as well, I've searched for this recipe for a long time and putting it here for safe keeping! Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh broccoli |
1 head fresh cauliflower |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 (16 ounce) can french-fried onions |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli, cauliflower and green beans if using until al dente. Combine veggies, soup 1/2 of the shredded cheese, sour cream,and 1/2 of the onions.Add salt & pepper to taste. Pour into casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with remaining chees and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. |
