Vegetable and bean burgers. Serve with salad and bread, yummy! Ingredients:
1 small onion |
1 clove garlic |
50 g frozen peas |
50 g sweetcorn |
50 g zucchini |
230 g red kidney beans |
50 g carrot |
100 g oat bran |
Directions:
1. Fry off the vegetables except the sweetcorn and peas in a non stick pan. 2. Defrost the peas 3. Add the peas, sweetcorn kidney beans (seasoning to taste; eg pepper, parsley) and mash together. 4. Add oat bran until the mixture is at the right consistency to form burgers. 5. Fry or grill the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side. |
