This is very easy yet so tasty. Makes a great impression everytime I serve it. Ingredients:
1 cup rutabaga cut in julienne slices |
1 bunch green onions cut into 2” lengths |
1 cup brussels sprouts |
1 cup broccoli cut into 1” pieces |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Cook Brussels sprouts and rutabaga in boiling, salted water 7 minutes or until just tender. 2. Add broccoli and green onions and cook 5 minutes more. 3. Drain then add butter, salt and pepper. |
