Yummy, cheap and easy to make Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat |
2 small bell peppers |
1 (10 ounce) package green beans |
1 small chopped onion |
1 cup uncooked barley |
1 can corn |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 pepper |
2 cans ready-to-serve beef broth |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours (on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours) or until vegetables and barley are tender. |
