I added in this omelet whatever I got in my kitchen.It was truely different and I loved it.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 capsicum/green bell pepper , chopped
1/2 spring onion , chopped
2/3 green chillies , chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
a pinch of thyme
1 tbsp fresh coriander/ mint leaves, chopped
oil
Directions:
1. Beat eggs.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Pour mixture in the pan and cook on slow flame.
5. When puffed, flip the omlete and cook the other side.
