I added in this omelet whatever I got in my kitchen.It was truely different and I loved it. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 capsicum/green bell pepper , chopped |
1/2 spring onion , chopped |
2/3 green chillies , chopped |
salt to taste |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1 tsp soy sauce |
1 tsp chilli sauce |
1/2 tsp oregano |
a pinch of thyme |
1 tbsp fresh coriander/ mint leaves, chopped |
oil |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs. 2. Add all ingredients and mix well. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan. 4. Pour mixture in the pan and cook on slow flame. 5. When puffed, flip the omlete and cook the other side. |
