You couldnt get a more australian pizza if you tried, another breakfast favourite! Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour |
soda water |
1 pinch salt |
vegemite |
100 g mozzarella cheese |
100 g tasty cheese |
Directions:
1. Pizza Base:. 2. Mix the soda water with plain flour and salt till you form a dough. 3. Knead quickly and roll out thin. 4. Pizza:. 5. Spread Vegemite to taste (some like a little some like a lot). 6. scatter over both cheeses. 7. Bake in oven till cheese is golden and melted. 8. (about 12 minutes on high.300c in my kitchen). |
