1 1/3 cups flour |
1 cup wheat bran |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups soymilk |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners. 3. In large bowl, stir together flour, bran, sugar, baking soda, and salt. 4. Stir remaining ingredients till gently mixed. 5. Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 6. Let cool completely. |
