Creamy vegan tomato Alfredo sauce
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) package fettuccine, cooked
1 (14 ounce) package silken tofu
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) can tomato puree
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients (except pasta) in a blender until smooth.
2. Heat sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve over cooked pasta.
