From the WW Versatile Vegetarian cookbook. This dressing is similar to mayonnaise and can be further flavored with herbs of your choice. Ingredients:
1/2 lb silken tofu |
4 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
1/2 garlic clove, crushed |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients together. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. |
