Another recipe - my DD loved this. Ingredients:
3 halved bananas |
200 g vermicelli |
3 tablespoons vegan brown sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
6 sheets spring roll wrappers (defrosted) |
Directions:
1. Soak vermicelli and set aside. 2. Mix sugar, and cinnamon together and coat each banana half. 3. Place vermicelli onto spring roll pastry, add 1/2 coated banana and roll as directed on the back of the pack. 4. Deep fry/pan fry until golden. 5. (I bake this in a hot oven (450 F or 225 C)). |
