3/4 cup margarine |
1/3 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup soymilk |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 cups rolled oatmeal |
1 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Cream together the margarine and sugars until smooth. Add vanilla and soy milk and mix well. 2. Add flour, baking soda and spices until well mixed, then stir in oats and cranberries. 3. Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done. 4. Enjoy your vegan oatmeal cookies. |
