3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
frosting |
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese (use tofutti) |
4 oz lite silken tofu |
2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients. 2. Mix in the soymilk, applesauce, and vanilla. 3. Transfer to 8x8 cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. 4. for frosting cream together tofutti and tofu, then gradually sift in sugar. frost cake after cooled. |
