Vegan Spice Cake

Dairy-free, Egg-free, moist and tasty spice cake.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour (i used unbleached flour)
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon clove
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup oil
1 cup ginger ale
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices in a mixing bowl.
2. Add vinegar, vanilla, oil, and ginger ale to the dry ingredients - stirring until just mixed.
3. Fold in raisins.
4. Pour batter into a greased and floured 8x8 cake pan.
5. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
