Vegan Spaghetti

Vegan Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 (66 ounce) spaghetti sauce
2 lbs pasta
1 lb vegan sausage links
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Heat a well oiled skillet on medium- high. When hot, add the veggie sausage. Let cook for a few minutes, and break up into small chunks. Cook until brown.
2. Pour in all of spaghetti sauce. Let simmer on medium heat.
3. Add in 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning.
4. Boil 3 cups water. Add a dash of salt. When boiling, add in noodles. Cook until al-dente.
5. Serve and enjoy!
