Vegan Spaghetti Ingredients:
1 (66 ounce) spaghetti sauce |
2 lbs pasta |
1 lb vegan sausage links |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Heat a well oiled skillet on medium- high. When hot, add the veggie sausage. Let cook for a few minutes, and break up into small chunks. Cook until brown. 2. Pour in all of spaghetti sauce. Let simmer on medium heat. 3. Add in 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning. 4. Boil 3 cups water. Add a dash of salt. When boiling, add in noodles. Cook until al-dente. 5. Serve and enjoy! |
