Recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance. Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour |
2 tbsp baking powder |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tsp sugar |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 1/4 cup soy milk |
2 tsp apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet 2. Sift together dry ingredients, then add in wet ingredients. Mix until just combined. 3. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes. |
