I found this out of a magazie. Extremely good! Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1/2 cup soymilk |
3 ice cubes |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. 2. Enjoy! :). |
