Looking for more ways to inventively use oatmeal, a nice quick breakfast with lots of flavor. Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
1/2 cup plain soymilk |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 cup shelled walnuts |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl, and nuke for about 1-2 minutes on high. 2. Mix again, top with walnuts, and enjoy. |
