Delicious peanut butter cookies, with NO animal ingredients! Low-calorie or low-sugar peanut butter can be substituted to lower calorie content. Ingredients:
3/4 cup splenda |
1 1/2 cups skippy peanut butter |
1 tbs soy flour |
5 tbs water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Drop by the teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Press tines of a fork in criss-cross pattern. 5. Bake for 9-12 minutes until edged look dry. 6. Cool fully |
