Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Vegan and delicious Ingredients:
2 bananas, mashed |
3 cups flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon coffee liqueur |
2 teaspoons water |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cups peanut butter |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup soymilk |
1/2 cup vegan margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, salt, margarine, baking soda, coffee liquor, water and bananas until somewhere between wet and dry. 2. Add soy milk and stir until a cookie dough-like texture is reached. 3. Add chocolate chips and stir. 4. Form 1 inch balls of dough and place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. (6 per cookie sheet). 5. Score them with a fork. 6. Bake on 350 for 8-12 minutes. |
