1 1/2 (136g) bananas |
1/2 cup applesauce |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/4 tsp baking powder |
1/8 tsp salt |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/8 tsp nutmeg |
3/4 cup oatmeal |
2 tbsp raisins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Blend bananas, applesauce, vanilla and brown sugar in blender until creamy. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. 4. Add the blended wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. 5. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins. 6. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until just golden brown. |
