Vegan Ingredients:
1/2 cup nutritional yeast |
1/4 cup flour |
1 cup vegetable broth |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp paprika |
1/4 tsp dried basil |
1/4 tsp oregano |
4 ounce tomato sauce |
1 cup light soy milk |
4 tbsp margarine |
4 cups macaroni, cooked |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. Use whole wheat if possible. Put nutri yeast and flour in pot - heat/brown. Add veg broth - stir. Add 1/3 c water at a time - stirring. Add spices, tomato sauce, milk and margarine (earth balance!). Pour sauce over pasta and bake for 15 - 30 mins. |
