Ingredients:
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup flour
1 cup vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp oregano
4 ounce tomato sauce
1 cup light soy milk
4 tbsp margarine
4 cups macaroni, cooked
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. Use whole wheat if possible. Put nutri yeast and flour in pot - heat/brown. Add veg broth - stir. Add 1/3 c water at a time - stirring. Add spices, tomato sauce, milk and margarine (earth balance!). Pour sauce over pasta and bake for 15 - 30 mins.
