Vegan Low Fat Mocha Smoothie |

This is based on the mocha smoothie from thebakehouse- . I didn't follow that recipe exactly (I used powdered sugar instead of Stevia). You can also add flavoured syrups and protein powder for extra flavour/nutrition! By the way, I have a theory that with a touch more xanthan gum, this would make a great pudding! Ingredients:
3/4 cup water |
5 ice cubes |
1 tablespoon instant coffee |
1 tablespoon dark cocoa |
2 teaspoons powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum |
Directions:
1. You may want more sugar- I like my coffee strong and dark! 2. Blend together until cup mix is thick and there are no ice cube chunks left. 3. Drink and enjoy! |
