4 to 5 cups water (start with 4 and add as you it cooks if necessary) |
1 cup raw lentils |
2 large carrots, thinly sliced |
2 stalks celery, chopped |
1 large onion, chopped |
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 tsb olive oil |
1 14oz can italian tomatoes |
1/4 tsp cumin powder |
1 tsp coriander seeds |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
3 tbs balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes, until all the ingredients are soft. |
