Great when it's cold outside. If you add seaweed kombu, it will help with the digestion of the lentils. Or you can take some Beano! Cheers!
Ingredients:
4 to 5 cups water (start with 4 and add as you it cooks if necessary)
1 cup raw lentils
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsb olive oil
1 14oz can italian tomatoes
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes, until all the ingredients are soft.
