There are lots of Goddess dressings on Zaar, but I couldn't find one that uses tofu. This one does. Ingredients:
10 ounces silken tofu |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup fresh basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. |
