The perfect blend of ingredients to make a wonderful fudge! Ingredients:
5 tablespoons vegan butter |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/4 cup carob powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup soymilk |
Directions:
1. Lightly grease a small pan depending on how thick you want the fudge. 2. In a medium saucepan and on low heat, melt vegan butter, soy milk, and vanilla until it's almost completely melted. 3. Add powdered sugar and carob powder. 4. Stir until nice and smooth. 5. Quickly pour mixture into your pan (add nuts on top if desired) and chill for about 2 hours. (The longer it chills, the more fudge-like it is). 6. Endulge into your special vegan fudge! |
