Vegan Fruit and Dark Chocolate Bars

Hi all i'm yet to try this recipe but i've been looking for a date and macadamia roll as a snack i'm sure this will do you can alway use dark chocolate (no milk in it)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raisins, chopped
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup prune, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
3/4 cup dark chocolate (melt over hot water.)
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together well.
2. Line a shallow pan with Sunflower Seed Meal, finely chopped Nuts, or Coconut and spread candy (fruit) inches.
3. Dust top with more of the lining material and chill.
4. When set, cut into bars and wrap in wax paper.
