Takes about 10 minutes to make Ingredients:
4 cups frozen stir fry vegetables |
1 cup vegetable broth |
4 tbsps soy sauce |
6 cups cooked long grain brown rice |
2 tbsps sweet chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Spray wok or large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Stir-fry vegetables for 5-8 minutes. 2. Add broth, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce to wok or skillet; stir in rice and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Add Ms. Dash seasonings or any other table blend natural seasonings to taste. |
