Very easy recipe when I have time to make breakfast. Let me know if you like it! Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
4 -6 slices bread (slightly stale is best) |
Directions:
1. Mix together the first 5 ingredients. 2. Dip a piece of bread in the mixture and cook on a skillet until it's golden-brown. 3. Repeat until you have as many as you want. |
