1 cup almond milk or 1 cup organic soymilk or 1 cup rice milk |
1/3 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked overnight |
3 honey dates, pitted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon maple syrup |
1 teaspoon flax seed oil |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 -1 1/2 frozen banana |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. 2. Serve at once or refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving. |
